You might take a short position in the ETF called FXE, which aims to increase when the euro appreciates. Alternatively, you can look at buying a business or a basket of companies domiciled in the euro-zone exports outside the eurozone, where they benefit from the weaker Euro. There is a fundamental issue that your investment is still denominated in Euros, which you would face a headwind – so you must take an offsetting short position in another company or a basket of companies that do do not export much outside the eurozone.
