forex volatility chart
Forex live chart is a necessity if you plan to do your own market analysis. 'Live' here means that the service will provide this the current use of actual market data to create the chart. Basically, this is a very useful tool to obtain information even if you do not do your own analysis.
The first step is to choose the currency pair to analyze the drop down menu or other interface. After finding one you want, select the chart type, it usually comes in 4 forms: line, bar, candlesticks, and Table. If you are a beginner, I suggest starting with a type bar. Once you select the type, select a time, there may be five minutes, fifteen minutes, weekly, etc.
In a bar chart, each vertical bar that you see represents a period of time. The top bar is higher prices and lower bar is the lowest price during this period of time. For each vertical bar, there are two horizontal bars, one left and one right. The left bar represents the opening price and the right bar represents the closing price of this period. Tips: Use the zoom to see clearly.
If you are going to use the Live Forex Chart, you should at least know these things:
Understanding support and resistance
Market volatility can put anywhere and nobody can predict 100%. But we can not obtain information from historical data that there is a period of time when prices do not go above or below a specific price.
Example:
-From July-December, the EUR / USD price never exceeds 1.645, it means that 1.645 is the resistance for EUR / USD during this period.
– From January to May, the USD / JPY prices never fall below 90,070, this average is 90.70 support for USD / JPY during this period.
Entry and exit can be determined from these data support and resistance. A conservative approach buys and sells on the support resistance. More advanced strategies such as selling at a higher price or the purchase of small resistance groups are also applicable; you need just the right time, currency pair, and the trading system.
Note: A time when the price moved past support or resistance line is called in small groups.
Indicators
A good card software also allows you to add various indicators. Indicator is a mathematical calculation based on prices that can be used to help you make a decision. For example: MVA indicator can show you the average price for a certain period, the EMA show you the calculation of the weighted price of a certain period, etc.
Back testing
A lot of use Chart Live Forex trader to back testing on their system. They run their system based on data in the chart above for a year or two to see if the system is profitable or not. What usually happens is when the system does not function well, they adapt so he can make profitable orders from these data.
