How can I resist seeds with USD1000?
I'm new to the Forex. i plan to open a mini account U.S. $ 1,000. This lever should I use? i plan to win little by little. 10.6 pips per transaction.
In fact, the leverage is not automatically. You can choose your own Leverage from 1:1 to 200:1 with most brokerages. The main thing that you should be decisive is the margin you want to trade. Here how much of your $ 1000 that you want to position your business at the first run. Your margin is the degree of risk you want to expose a job during the seizure. If you decide to be a direction operator where you're simply trying to guess which way a pair respective currencies will move, you'd better keep your margin low, perhaps 3%, or (it is yours). If you decide to use a hedging strategy to reduce the risks associated with movements of the market you can consider a slightly larger margin might be 5% or 6%. Keep in mind two important points. First, never invest money in the Forex market that you can not afford to lose and the other by obtaining a solid understanding of the risks associated with the Forex market and strategies to reduce these risks to improve your potential success.
