Ross Hook Help Needed?

Hi, I trade Forex, and I'm reading a book written by Joe Ross, and there is some confusion. Hope Can someone help me with this confusion. He said that volatility should be at least equal to twice its immediate cost, or it will not trade. How volatility is measured on the Forex? And how costs are measured by seeds? He also said that he has a chance cover costs and no more than half of his position, he will not trade. What does he mean by that? He also says he trails 50% stop. How can he develop% Bus 50, 50% of what? I would appreciate if someone could come back to me regarding this with detailed explanantions:) Are there any exchange another hook Ross in the Forex successfully? Brendan
